ERA will conduct a boundary and topographic survey
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) was retained by the Downers Grove Park District to prepare a land survey for a 5-acre portion of Doerhoefer Park. Doerhoefer Park is located at 41st Street and Saratoga Avenue. ERA’s responsibilities included preparing a topographic survey for the entire portion, and a boundary survey for a 1.2-acre lot that the park district recently acquired. The survey included all physical features and underground utilities on the site, as well as, the location and size of all trees on the site. The survey complied with the current Illinois Minimum Standards for a boundary and topographic survey, and the data was collected on the Illinois State Plane Coordinate System for placement in the Village of Downers Grove’s GIS system.
