ERA’s plan includes landscaping and stormwater drainage

WARRENVILLE, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) is collaborating with long-time partner W.H. McNaughton Builders on the expansion of the Woodland Park Office Park in Burr Ridge to approximately 56,000 square feet of leasable office space.

ERA designed the site layout with consideration to the adjacent residential zone. Increased green space and landscaped berms will be constructed to buffer the neighboring properties. The site design preserves an existing tree line for additional buffering. A new detention pond will be constructed to handle stormwater drainage and meet drainage code standards. The project also involves a public watermain extension along the right-of-way to provide a possible connection point for adjacent residential properties which desire city water.
