ERA selected to provide civil engineering design and surveying services for Burr Ridge's Savoy Club
BURR RIDGE, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been selected to provide civil engineering design and surveying services for Savoy Club, a residential subdivision in Burr Ridge, Illinois. The 26-acre site shall be developed as a 52-unit single-family cluster style Planned Unit Development (PUD). The project will be served by three wet-bottom detention ponds, providing both stormwater management and positive aesthetic features to the community. ERA shall provide full engineering design for the widening of 79th Street, a road under the jurisdiction of the Cook County Highway Department (CCHD), in order to provide mirrored left-turn lanes at the project’s entrance. In addition to CCHD, ERA will assist the developer in obtaining permits from Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (MWRDGC) and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA). ERA will also work hand-in-hand with the developer through the extensive platting process associated with this PUD, assuring all necessary easements and covenant language are provided.
