ERA selected by Superior Development to serve as civil engineers and surveyors for the development of a 155-acre parcel adjacent to Hebron, Illinois

HEBRON, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) was recently selected by Superior Development to serve as civil engineers and surveyors for the development of a 155-acre parcel adjacent to the Village of Hebron. This project will include over 250 residential units and a small office/commercial area. In keeping with the principles of conservation design, 52 percent of the site will be set aside as permanent open space. Wetlands and sensitive resource conservation corridors will be protected and incorporated into the design as permanent open space and as an amenity for the community. ERA was selected for this unique project because of our experience on several previous conservation design projects, our knowledge of regulatory agency requirements and our history of working closely with planning and environmental consultants.
